KOREAN AND SPANISH MEDLEY WITH A TOUCH OF SPRING!

One of my Korean friends Minyoung, introduced me to H Mart in Queens where you can sample and buy Korean food. I am addicted to H Mart and their marinated chicken is very delicious and easy to make. Just open the grill and place  the dripping chicken and grill for 5 to 10 minutes while you cook the black beans and rice in a rice cooker for 15 minutes. I was introduced to black beans and rice and korean chicken in New York. The spices and the flavors of Spanish cusine and Korean cusine makes this dish scrumptious. I garnished it with a few spring onions and lemons.
